We are honored to announce that Jordan Swisher has been recognized by the Wichita Business Journal as a 2025 Women in Business honoree.
Jordan began her career on the public accounting side of the finance industry, and while she thoroughly enjoyed the analysis of auditing, she craved more in-depth personal connections in her career. That’s what led Jordan to wealth management, where analysis and relationships both play a vital role.
At 6 Meridian, the ability to build strong relationships starts within our team. When asked by the Wichita Business Journal to name a non-family Wichita woman she admires, Jordan shared:
“Sarah Hampton, a founding partner at 6 Meridian. She has never hesitated to answer a question, give advice, or coach me through a challenge. She is a true mentor, and I am a better advisor because of her guidance.”
Jordan represents the next generation of leaders at 6 Meridian as one of our partners, and her deep commitment to continuing our model of mentorship helps to ensure relationships remain a key focus for 6 Meridian well into the future.
“Each day, Jordan sets the bar high, exemplifying the 6 Meridian guiding principles of Relationship, Entrepreneurial, Knowledge, and Stewardship. The combined passions of serving clients, mentoring her peers, and her tireless efforts in the community make Jordan a deserving recipient of this award.”
– Margaret Dechant, Chief Executive Officer
We are grateful for Jordan’s commitment to leading by example in how she continuously strives to serve our clients and community better. Congratulations from all of us at 6 Meridian on this well-deserved honor, Jordan!
