Congratulations to our chief operating officer, Trevor Phillippi, for recognition by the Wichita Business Journal as a 2024 Executive of the Year honoree!
Trevor’s impact on the success of 6 Meridian is nothing short of profound. With a finance degree, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) credentials, and more than a decade in the financial service industry, Trevor has tremendous business acumen that serves him well in leading operational efforts at 6 Meridian.
But one of his greatest strengths as a leader is modeling a servant attitude. Trevor understands the value of service, and he embodies that belief around the office in support of his coworkers through evolving processes, optimizing reporting, overseeing human resources responsibilities, and promoting a culture of collaboration. Trevor’s commitment to service also extends into the community. In his free time, he volunteers with Wichita Animal Action League and is often host to numerous foster dogs.
“Trevor possesses so many wonderful characteristics that add to his impact at 6 Meridian, but what stands out the most is his willingness to help his coworkers in everything from small tasks to major initiatives. I’m grateful for his positive attitude and drive to continue making 6 Meridian a wonderful career choice for our employees and a trusted service provider to our clients.”
Margaret Dechant, CEO
When asked by the Wichita Business Journal about the key qualities a company leader must have to be successful, Trevor responded:
“Have a passion to serve, lead by example, treat everyone with respect, and get rid of the ego. Apply these same qualities not just in your career but with your family, friends, and community.”
