For more than a decade, Trevor has helped steer the direction of 6 Meridian. As Chief Operating Officer, he leads the operations, technology, and client service teams, where he leverages his skills and experience to guide company initiatives. Trevor is a CFA® charterholder, and combined with his extensive financial background, he is well-suited for this role, allowing him to both develop a vision and turn that vision into reality.
“Problem-solving skills are essential to operations,” shared Trevor. “And it’s critical that I look beyond immediate needs and consider where we should be in the next five or ten years, so we can not only solve for challenges today but also ensure we have the infrastructure necessary to support our people and our clients in the future.”
While those operational efforts often occur behind-the-scenes, Trevor’s impact on the organization and community have not gone unnoticed. Trevor has been recognized as a Wichita Business Journal Emerging Leader (2019), a 40 Under 40 recipient (2021), and an Executive of the Year (2024).
Trevor and his wife, Heather, have been very involved in the animal welfare community for several years by supporting local rescues, volunteering, and fostering.
