As Chief Marketing Officer at 6 Meridian, Amanda Maier doesn’t just lead, she forges a path for future leaders. Most recently, Amanda was among the women leaders selected to serve as mentors at the Wichita Business Journal’s 11th annual Mentoring Monday event.
Held at Henry’s Place at NICHE, the event provided attendees access to the region’s most influential businesswomen to gain insights to help further their careers and build their professional network.

Amanda had the opportunity to meet with around 40 attendees during the speed coaching session, with the topics of discussion ranging from navigating workplace conflicts to managing team members in a way that acknowledges and supports their values.
