Jenni Heartfield is passionate about data and numbers because they can give insight into people's behaviors. This insight is especially helpful in her role at 6 Meridian as an investment operation associate because clients can trust that she has their financial interests in mind.
Developed while working toward her psychology degree at the University of Houston- Downtown and fine-tuned in her early career exposure to data-driven decision-making and meticulous attention to detail, Jenni’s zeal has shaped her career toward bridging gaps and finding commonalities.
As 6 Meridian’s illiquid portfolio offerings expanded, the team needed the right person who could easily collaborate with the investment, compliance, and advisory worlds while maintaining accuracy and reliability. In addition, she assists with product partner relationships and internal CRM tools.
“Two things really drew me to 6 Meridian. First, I could tell they were invested in the relationship with their clients. In my experience, you can’t be bad at business if you are prioritizing the relationship-building aspect of the work. And second, is that the company is extremely community and charity focused, being involved on boards and lots of nonprofits. To me, that is important because I want to feel like I'm spending my time with a company that cares about the community.”
When Jenni is not crossing T’s and dotting I’s, she spends her time reading non-fiction books and spending time with her husband, Matthew, and her pup, Clicquot, exploring all that Wichita offers.
