When Lynne Davidson joined 6 Meridian as a client experience associate, it quickly became clear that her warmth and dedication to helping others were a perfect fit for a role centered around client interactions. Lynne now serves as the welcoming face and voice for clients, making a positive first impression and setting the tone for the level of care they can expect throughout their visit. She greets clients in the office, provides assistance over the phone, and is a key connection between clients and the broader 6 Meridian team, whether facilitating communication with advisors or helping prepare for client meetings.

For Tracy Cochran, an adjustment to her role has opened new opportunities to leverage her strong organizational skills and eagerness to take on more complex projects. After seven years as the familiar face greeting clients, Tracy has transitioned into the role of marketing and operations associate. In her new position, she is immersed in operational activities such as accounting, billing, and developing content for the 6 Meridian website. This shift allows her to focus on time-intensive projects, enabling her to establish new internal processes that enhance efficiency across the company.
